INTRODUCTION

Welcome friends this is your host Tracy Shoolman with today’s episode of the Gaia translate podcast. Last week I drove into Boston for my annual check up. I had forgotten how many of the old brick buildings were covered in sprawling vines of Boston Ivy. It was a breezy afternoon and as I walked to my appointment and  Boston Ivy rippled in green waves  across the red brick buildings. Once inside I was directed into an exam room  whose single window had a large vine of Boston Ivy climbing up the screen.
